Soterics is a company specialized in OT cybersecurity, working with leading technologies such as Nozomi Networks and Wallix, and providing expertise in automated OT risk management and strategic partner guidance.
We’re entering an exciting stage of growth and are looking for someone who can turn strong technical capabilities into structured, scalable commercial success.
We’ve built trust with enterprise clients and partners and now we’re looking for a leader who can help us expand this foundation through strategic partnerships, repeatable sales processes and clear go-to-market structure.
Your mission: to build and lead the commercial and partnership function that drives sustainable growth for Soterics’ Managed OT Security Services. You’ll help turn our proven delivery model into repeatable revenue streams and long-term alliances.
Duties And Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales Leadership
- Lead the full commercial cycle from positioning to deal closure for MSSP and OT security services
- Develop and execute go-to-market and account strategies in collaboration with the CEO
- Build relationships with enterprise clients, integrators, and technology vendors
- Create a structured pipeline and implement simple, effective tools for tracking and forecasting revenue.
- Partnership Strategy
- Identify and onboard strategic partners across channels, vendors, and technology providers
- Develop joint value propositions and co-marketing frameworks
- Represent Soterics in industry and partner events, building our visibility in the OT cyber community.
- Commercial Maturity & Scale-Up Enablement
- Translate complex technical services into clear commercial offerings with measurable business outcomes
- Help define pricing models, service packaging, and commercial terms
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Lay the foundation for a future commercial team with clear processes and culture.
General Profile:
- 7–15 years of experience in B2B cybersecurity, managed services, or industrial technology sales
- Familiar with enterprise clients, ideally in energy, manufacturing, or critical infrastructure
- Strong commercial mindset and understanding of complex buying cycles
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful, comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Skilled at developing alliances and long-term partnerships
- A clear communicator who connects technical depth with business impact
- An existing network in the OT security or industrial cyber ecosystem is a strong plus.
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months):
- A clear commercial playbook and pipeline reporting structure
- 3–5 strategic partnerships established (vendors, integrators, or MSSP allies)
- 2–3 new enterprise accounts signed or expanded
- Noticeable increase in recurring revenue pipeline
- Refined go-to-market messaging validated with customers.
