Your role
As our OT/ICS Security Sales Manager, you will work alongside our Managing Partner and OT/ICS security leads. Your prime objective is to generate leads and boost our overall sales, whilst building and maintaining relationships with our (potential) customers. Your efforts will directly contribute to our growth and success in the OT/ICS security market.
What you will do
- Expand our market presence in Belgium and The Netherlands.
- Generate leads and boost our turnover.
- Actively engage our (potential) clients.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Manage key client relationships to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow key accounts and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular reports on account status, sales achievements, and opportunities.
Your profile
- You are an experienced, solutions-oriented sales professional with experience in the OT or IT market. An understanding of cybersecurity is an asset.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within cybersecurity or a related technical field.
- You possess effective communication skills and can adapt your message to different audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- You are fluent in Dutch, English. German is an asset.
- You have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- You have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- You are familiar with environmental challenges and passionate about sustainable practices.
- You are self-driven and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
